I'm sitting in my room about to leave for band practice. I didn't update last night! I apologize! On the bright side, I had a good day today. I was tired, mostly. I also had a million and one tests to do for college!! Super crazy!
I'm confident, though, that I did well. I finished before everyone else, at least.
After I finished my final test (Composition I), I realized that I didn't have to be anywhere for another hour! I began my journey through the hallways of the college.
I descended the concrete stairs and walked into the warm sunlight. It WAS a bit toasty today.
I crossed the campus and entered into the library where I ascended more stairs. Once I entered into that glorious room, I located my friend, Shane, and proceeded to relax. I nearly fell asleep while flipping through the pages of English Homes (the loveliest homes I've ever seen!).
After what seemed like five minutes, I realized that my hour was up! So I left the library and walked to the front of the college where my friend Jordan was so (conveniently) located. I sat with him for a while and then left the college.
So, as you can see, today has been a nice day. My library book (and persuasive essay) is due on Tuesday! I hope I don't forget!!
Much love and appreciation (and hopes for more exciting adventures to share)
Brittany
P.S. I got new TOMS from my friends Sami and Jamin! The coolest birthday present ever!

The looks along your face; It was a mangled motley clutter
Today has been a mangled motley clutter (so far). As sad as I am to say this, there was no viewing today's tasks in a childlike way. I was sleepy and I think I'm coming down with an illness of some sort.
Do you know what this means?!
Do you know what this means?!
Tomorrow can only get better!!
However, I did spend my final minutes at the college with my friend, Shane. I stood on one of the benches and pretended I was tall. The breeze was fantastic. The weather is only getting more and more lovely! A proper autumn is approaching, if I do say so myself.
I'm currently sitting in my room and listening to Eisley (Room Noises album). Room Noises has to be my favorite album by them. Honestly, Eisley is one of my biggest inspirations for music. I will always love them.

Now, excuse me while I go to the Trolley Wood where the trees grow old leather shoes, the trolley conductors sell soft leather jackets, and everything smells of firewood. I'll grab a mug of coffee and my cream lace dress. This will be an adventure of enjoyably epic proportions.
Care to join me?
Much love and appreciation (along with hopes for better weather),
Brittany
P.S. Check out these things; my neat notebook along with two necklaces I made (out of an old baby food spoon and an old miniature teacup...and pink ribbon).

Make Believe Is Much Too Fun
Why, hello there!
My name is Brittany Ann Mitchell. I'm a college student, but I choose to view things from an outlandish perspective. Life tends to be more enjoyable that way.
I'm amused by the simplest of things. From bird cage necklaces to Arizona Tea, my life is a very simple (and exciting) thing. This blog of mine will be filled with photographs, ideas, suggestions, fashion discoveries, opinionated statements, and accounts of my adventure!
A child's life isn't worth envying. That's why I choose to live my life with a childlike perspective. From the way I dress to the way I think (on a surface level) to the way I view things, a childlike life is the life for me.
Much love and appreciation,
Brittany
